This is a Brass heavy noodle press by Ajanta. It includes four brass plates. Two different size string noodle press. One star press and then one flat noodle press. I picked this up at an auction with several different cooking tools I believe from an Indian kitchen. This is a 6 inch press the handle and the drawer container measures 6 inches. There is a six on the handle and a little red and white six on the front of the press. The height of this press is four and three-quarter inches not including the upturned handle with the upturned handle it’s about 6 inches tall as well. It weighs 13.8 ounces without packaging. So this is another item that will be over a pound when shipped.
This tool could also be awesome with Play-Doh or different kind of art media that you want to use to make strips and hair, etc.
